Founder & Principal Consultant

Jenn is an agency executive with over 12 years of experience in communications, client leadership, and team management. She has a proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing and creative programs for B2B and B2C organizations.

In 2023 Jenn officially opened Aurie Consulting LLC, and has been working with exciting consumer brands, strategic healthcare companies, and government contractors improving the NY/NJ travel experience.

Creative Marketing Specialist

Delany Barnard is a Communications Specialist with Aurie Consulting. Delany is a graduate from the School of Communications at Florida State University. She has a passion for creating effective communications plans and engaging content to drive results and build relationships.

Prior to joining Aurie Consulting in 2023, Delany worked on the Communications team for Igneo Technologies, where she developed company communications strategies from inception to completion. Her experience spans industry research, content development, and client relations.

Business Development Representative

Camila Grunberg is a Business Development Representative with Aurie Consulting. She has experience across the corporate, nonprofit, media, and education sectors, and is passionate about using communications, storytelling, and strategic thinking to foster connection and drive impact.

Before joining Aurie, Camila worked on youth media and production for the Tribeca Festival and helped develop programming for both on-and off-Broadway theater productions. She brings a collaborative, people-centered approach to every project, with a focus on creativity, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

Business Development Representative

Ethan Lieberman is a Business Development Representative with Aurie Consulting. Before joining Aurie, Ethan worked for an expert network consultancy, connecting investors who have questions with experts who have insights. He values community building, optimism, and curiosity. With a passion for storytelling, he looks to drive meaningful impact, creatively and confidently.

Operations Specialist

Kiernan Garcia is a Data Specialist with Aurie Consulting. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University, and previously completed his undergraduate from SUNY Farmingdale. His main interests and areas of focus are Data Analytics and Training and Development, and he has specific experience with Customer and Employee Surveys.

Previously, Kiernan worked for Whole Foods Market as a Store Training Specialist. In this role he was able to showcase both his technical skills using Microsoft 365 and his people skills onboarding and training new hires in all departments. He has experience building data reports, creating data visualizations, administering surveys/assessments and analyzing results.
